Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek ("Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through blueberryfarmevents.com (the "Site") and our events, bookings, and services (our "Offerings"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or booking an Offering, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Contact data — name, email address, phone number, and mailing address you provide when you inquire, book an event, purchase tickets, or sign up for updates.

Booking & transaction data — event or venue details, reservation dates, party size, deposits and payments, billing information (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers), and purchase history.

Communication data — the content and metadata of messages you send us through contact or booking forms, email, text, or phone, and records of our communications with you.

Usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, referral source, pages visited, and how you interact with the Site, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6).

We use your information to:

• Provide and manage your bookings, event reservations, tickets, and purchases;
• Communicate with you, including sending booking confirmations, reminders, and — where you have opted in — marketing emails, text messages, and other promotional content about our farm, events, and offers;
• Improve the Site and our Offerings based on how they're used;
• Maintain business records and back-ups;
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

If you provide your email or phone number and opt in, we may send you marketing communications about our farm, events, and seasonal offers. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or replying "STOP" to any text message. Opting out of marketing doesn't affect transactional messages related to a booking or purchase you've made.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek may send you SMS text messages. These may include booking confirmations, appointment and event reminders, customer-service responses, and — where you have consented — promotional messages such as special offers, event announcements, and seasonal promotions.

Consent. We only send text messages to individuals who have expressly opted in (for example, by submitting a form with an unchecked SMS consent checkbox, by texting us first, or by providing verbal or written consent). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt-out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

No sharing of mobile data. No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We share information with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, booking/scheduling platforms, email/CRM and text-messaging providers, hosting providers, and analytics tools — under obligations to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide us;
• Legal & safety purposes — if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek, our guests, or others; and
• Business transfers — if the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any such transfer does not permit the sharing of SMS opt-in or consent data for marketing or promotional purposes, which remains prohibited as described in Section 4.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your preferences and keep the Site working properly;
• Protect against fraud and unauthorized access; and
• Analyze site traffic and usage through tools like Google Analytics.

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to provide our Offerings and manage your bookings, and afterward for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

You can:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, by contacting us at support@blueberryfarmevents.com;
• Opt out of marketing communications as described in Section 3, and opt out of text messages as described in Section 4; and
• Disable cookies through your browser.

We'll respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling them.

The Site and our Offerings are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
