These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of blueberryfarmevents.com (the "Site") and any bookings, events, tickets, venue rentals, products, or services we offer (the "Offerings"), all operated by Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek ("Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or booking any Offering, you agree to these Terms in full.

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Offerings after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

1.1 Bookings. Event reservations, venue rentals, and tickets are confirmed only when we accept your booking and receive any required deposit or payment. All bookings are subject to availability.

1.2 Payments. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By booking, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the deposit and/or full amount due for your Offering.

1.3 Deposits. Certain bookings require a deposit to reserve your date. Unless stated otherwise on the specific booking, deposits are non-refundable, as they hold a date we may otherwise offer to other guests.

1.4 Refunds & cancellations. Refund and cancellation terms for a specific event, ticket, or rental will be stated at the time of booking, and that policy controls. Unless a different policy is stated, cancellations must be made in writing to support@blueberryfarmevents.com, and amounts already paid (other than refundable balances described at booking) are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

1.5 Rescheduling & weather. Some Offerings take place outdoors on a working farm. If we must reschedule or cancel an event due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or, where applicable, provide a credit or refund as described at booking.

1.6 Price changes. We may change pricing for future bookings with notice. Changes won't apply retroactively to a booking you've already paid for.

By opting in to receive text messages from Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek, you agree to these SMS terms.

Program description. We send SMS text messages such as booking confirmations, appointment and event reminders, customer-service responses, and — with your separate consent — promotional messages such as special offers, event announcements, and seasonal promotions.

Opt-in. You will only receive text messages if you expressly opt in (for example, by submitting a form with an unchecked SMS consent checkbox, by texting us first, or by providing verbal or written consent). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt-out. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy. Information collected through our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to use the Site and our Offerings only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, photos, and downloadable files — is the property of Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.

Our Offerings may take place on a working farm and outdoor property. You understand that visiting a farm involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather, plants, insects, animals, equipment, and other natural conditions. By visiting the property or attending an event, you accept these inherent risks and agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions for your safety and the safety of others. You are responsible for supervising any children in your party at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, the property, or our Offerings, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Offering will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Offering giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Offerings, or your conduct on the property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Offering will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Entire agreement. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any booking-specific terms presented at purchase, make up the entire agreement between you and Blueberry Farm at Hills Creek regarding the Site and Offerings.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
